Message	Virginia can be a weird state, but overall I don't have too many problems with it. I don't know for sure, but I imagine the people in New Orleans are a lot nicer. Newport News is a little funky area. If you need any help, shoot me an email. I can say with high confidence that I know the state better than anyone on here :) I do admit, I don't go to Newport News/Va Beach that much. The nice thing about that area is that you are close to the beach and that Williamsburg and Busch Gardens are close by.
